Novo Hotel Rossi Verona

The hotel's location was convenient and close to transportation and the city center. The staff was helpful and spoke English. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. The hotel had secure parking.

We were actually surprised by the helpful and friendly staff. They provided us with great local recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the main train station and within easy reach of the tourist areas. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, a huge relief during the hot weather.

Hip new hotel, all of the staff where brilliant and courteous, best possible location close to city center. Rooms were compact and light, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. I tried some drinks at restaurant Bar Chiosco, located 5 minutes walk away...

The hotel was professional, I liked the polite staff and enjoyable breakfasts. The fabulous onsite restaurant had lots of food.

This hotel was a great find! The location near the train station made it so easy for us to explore the city. We loved that it was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and had large windows, giving them a bright and airy feel. It was such a nice touch to have complimentary water bottles and slippers available. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options including hot items and a delicious cappuccino.

My 1 night in Verona were good. Everything was very clean as expected, yet the bathroom was very small. It was in an unbeatable location, near a train station. The continental breakfast was hearty and varied, I liked it.

The venue is clean, with practical location adjacent to the train/bus station and the hop on and off bus as well as bus stops. I liked kind personnel that ensures guests have a pleasant stay. It offers good service too.

Another bonus was the ample car parking available both outside and in a secure area at the back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were really good too make my experience nice. They helped me with ordering food delivery and even set up a table in my room for me. The room was super clean and well-maintained, and I loved the king-size bed. The hotel may be dated, but it adds to the charm of the Italy experience. The location near the train station was very convenient for my day trips. I highly recommend Novo Hotel Rossi for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great quality, top hospitality, delicious breakfast, attentive staff. Free bike & car parking. 5min walk to train station, 15-20min to city center. Welcome fruit gift, lovely birdsong. Room equipped with fridge, coffee/tea, well-stocked bathroom. Elena & front desk commendable, chocolates and lavender spray for wife's birthday. Clean, fabulous breakfast buffet, coffee made to order. Exceeded expectations, highly recommended, newly renovated rooms, helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

The reception staff greeted me with a smile and offered me tea/coffee while my room was being prepared. The breakfast options were good, with a mix of hot and continental items. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the railway station and only a short walk into the city center. This lovely hotel offers secure parking for vehicles, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location near the city center. They also provide free bicycles for guests to explore the city, and even offer cushions for the nearby outdoor opera show at the arena.
